Finally hit us that we have not featured our own Chinese Muslim food business in the blog. But truth to the matter, wouldn’t a review from us, on our business, be somewhat biased?
Rather than writing a review, we’d just highlight random facts about our business.
Alhamdulillah, it’s been 6 months since we started our small eatery at Arked Angkasa, UTM Skudai. Although our food offering is limited, we make it an effort to cook quality, wholesome and satisfying food.
Furthermore, considering the fact that most of our customers are students, we try to keep the prices as low as possible. Both of us used to be students, so we know how it’s like to want to eat good food, without having to dig deep into our pockets.
Our bestseller so far is Xinjiang Fried Noodles, specifically the beef variation. To describe the taste, it’s spicy, with a tinge of mala. The spiciness is enough to make you sweat, but not in a nasty way. Plus it still tastes good even when it’s cold.
Want to know more about our business? Come on over to our place or drop us a message. We’re more than happy to answer your questions.
